ModNations Returns Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- No return package will be accepted without our approval. Return request must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date.
- Please check parts condition when package delivered to your door, act immediately to refuse package if you find any damage or crack on the parts, then have truck driver carry it back to us, we will continue to process a new delivery after return package is received.
- We are only responsible for; damage during the shipment, fitment issue, off colour issue and receiving the wrong item. Buyer must provide "photo proof" for these issues to be able to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA).
- We are not responsible and will not accept returns for any damage after installation or personal reason return request, ex: purchase wrong item.
- We are not responsible for any return postage from the buyer to us.
- All items must be return in same condition as we shipped to you. A legitimate fee will be charged, if we found out items got damage, been used or missing contents.
- We are not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, and bad judgement (cracking or breaking your parts).
- If the item stated as a Direct bolt-on designed, professional installation is still highly recommended, and buyers should always be prepared to have minor modifications done.
